We warrant to you that any product purchased from BF Essential Beauty, FZ-LLC through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which it was supplied.
Payments are accepted via credit/master card or cash on delivery for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait , UAE and Qatar at the address as provided by the consumer.
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect all Products. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We may not (at our sole discretion) accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation.
In all cases, BF Essential Beauty, FZ-LLC ‘s liability shall be restricted to refund or replace the Products which are damaged or faulty upon receipt.
The Products which are not faulty, can only be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery of the Products, in which event you are kindly requested to contact us on +961 1 791 021, Monday to Friday from 9 am and 5 pm (Beirut time), and by email at info@bassamfattouh.com with details of your order within the mentioned period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The cost and risk of returning or exchanging the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this transaction will be governed by Lebanese laws and subject to the jurisdiction of Lebanon.
